Something not quite right? We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all products that haven’t been used and are in the same original packaging that you received. Products are inspected upon return for usage and wear.

• We cannot process refunds or accept chargebacks while your order is still in transit.
• Our 90-day money-back guarantee starts after delivery.
• If your order is past the delivery window with no tracking movement, contact us and we will help.

1. Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We will issue a return label via email & the cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order.
